This policy covers services bought from ignousynopsis.in, which is run by Shri Chakradhar Publication Private Limited, New Delhi.
When you get a full refund
If a paid service is not delivered in the time we promised when you paid, you get a full refund.
The promised time is the one confirmed to you in writing on WhatsApp or email before payment, counted from the payment date.
How to ask for a refund
- Send a WhatsApp message to +91 93546 37830, or email sales@shrichakradhar.com.
- Include your name, the service you paid for, the payment date and the amount.
- The refund is paid back through the payment method you used.
Other requests
For any other problem with a paid service, write to us with the details. We look at each request individually and reply during office hours, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.
What this policy does not cover
- IGNOU fees. Fees you pay to IGNOU, including the project evaluation fee, go to the University. We cannot refund them.
- Books and guess papers. Printed help books, guess papers and solved question papers bought on shrichakradhar.com follow the shrichakradhar.com refund policy.
- Approval. IGNOU’s evaluator decides approval. A Not Approved result is not, on its own, a missed delivery.
