When you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, we receive what you send: your name, phone number, email address, programme and course details, and any drafts or documents you share.
When you order a service
To deliver hard copies we need your postal address, pin code and phone number. Payment details are handled by the payment app or bank you use; we receive only the confirmation and the amount.
When you visit the site
Like most websites, our server records technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. Our caching system and, where switched on, Google Analytics may set cookies to make pages load faster and to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
How we use it
- To reply to you and give a quote.
- To read, correct, print or deliver the work you asked for.
- To keep records of payments and orders, as our accounts require.
- To understand which pages are useful, using visit counts, not individual profiles.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising on behalf of others.
Your drafts and documents
Drafts, proformas and other documents you send stay confidential. We use them only to do the work you asked for. We do not publish them, show them to other students, or use them as samples. Sample files on this site are made by us for study and never contain a student’s work.
Who else sees it
- Courier companies (such as Delhivery) receive your name, address and phone number to deliver hard copies.
- WhatsApp and email providers carry our messages, under their own privacy terms.
- Google provides the fonts, maps links and, where switched on, the analytics on this site, under Google’s privacy policy.
- Authorities, only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and files only as long as the work and our accounting records need them. You can ask us to delete your drafts and chat files once your work is complete.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records the law requires us to keep. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you these rights. Write to us using the details below; we may ask you to confirm who you are before we act.
Security
The site uses an encrypted (https) connection, and only our team handles your files. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords, bank details or identity documents we have not asked for.
